GENERAL RULES
✔ Based on their activity during 2026, all players are assigned to predefined levels named after planets and their moons.
✔ All information about your current status is displayed in the widget located at the top of the website and mobile app.
✔ The widget consists of two sections – on the left, you’ll find a progress bar, where your progress is represented by a rocket. The rocket advances as you earn XP points, and the end of the progress bar marks the point where you become eligible for a reward. The rocket also displays the percentage of progress you’ve already completed.
✔ On the right, you’ll see your current level and the number of Xtip Coins you’ve collected.
✔ Every bet placed using your main (cash) account earns XP according to the following conversion:
- Sports Betting – RSD 100 wagered = 1 XP
- Virtual Games – RSD 200 wagered = 1 XP
- Slot Games – RSD 300 wagered = 1 XP
- Live Casino & Roulette – RSD 500 wagered = 1 XP
- These conversion rates apply to all wager amounts.
✔ Bets placed using bonus funds (Free Bet, Free Spins, or Free Ticket) do not earn XP.
✔ The minimum odds required to earn XP in Sports Betting and Live Betting are 1.2.
✔ By clicking the widget:
Players enter the Merkur HUB, where the first section displays the number of XP points required to reach the next reward, and the number of Xtip Coins currently available.
✔ By clicking More Details, players can view all rewards available on the way to the next level, along with the XP required to unlock each reward and advance to the next level.
✔ If a player has any active benefits, they will also be displayed here.
✔ Cashback is awarded every Monday and is based on the player’s activity during the previous 7 days.
✔ Players who have unlocked a benefit may lose it if they do not make a deposit or place any bets using their main account for 20 consecutive days. Lost benefits can only be regained by progressing to the next level.
✔ Once a player reaches a reward milestone, they can exchange their earned Xtip Coins for rewards in the Merkur Store.
✔ Inside the Merkur HUB, players can redeem their collected Xtip Coins for rewards divided into four categories:
- Free Spins
- Free Bet
- Treasure Chest
- Wheel of Fortune
✔ By clicking the green button, players purchase a reward. Rewards can be used immediately or saved for later. Information about all claimed and redeemed rewards is available in the Rewards section of the Merkur HUB.
✔ If a player has any unused rewards, this information is also available via the Gift Box displayed on the home screen.
✔ If a player purchases a Treasure Chest or Wheel of Fortune in the Store, these will appear in the Mini Games section of the Merkur HUB.
✔ In the event of suspected fraud or abuse of the promotion, MerkurXtip reserves the right to revoke any bonuses as well as any winnings obtained through activities involving suspected abuse, misuse of bonuses, or fraudulent behavior.
✔ Players who own or use multiple MerkurXtip accounts will be excluded from participating in the promotion.
