General terms of payment
General provisions
The general conditions for payments to the user account of participants in games of chance via payment cards via the Internet (hereinafter: General Terms) determine the conditions under which an interested person (hereinafter: Participant) can make a payment to his user account via the Internet (hereinafter: user account) opened on the website of the company “Pionir international” d.o.o., the owner of the brand MerkurXtip (hereinafter: MerkurXtip), through payment cards. MerkurXtip reserves the right to make changes to these General Terms and Conditions in accordance with its business policy, i.e. changes to the offer and/or positive legal regulations, about which it informs the Participant in a timely and usual manner on its website.
Payment amount
The amount of the payment to the user’s account is expressed in dinars.
Method of payment
The participant makes a payment to the user’s account via payment cards. Payment is possible with VISA, MasterCard, Maestro and Dina cards. Card payments are made in cooperation with AllSecure doo and OTP Bank and are done in a safe and certified way through the AllSecure Paymet Gateway, by simply entering data from the payment card.
After entering the card details and confirming the payment, the bank authorizes the transaction and thus the transaction is approved. The amount will be reserved on your card (account) and will not be available for any other purpose.
Check with the bank that issued the card whether your card supports payment via the Internet.
Description of how to register data from the card
When the customer’s card data is TOKENIZED (saved in a certified manner for later use), at his request or by the merchant’s decision, that data is stored on AllSecure PCI-DSS level 1 certified servers. Card data thus tokenized are transmitted in a completely secure and certified manner. At no time does the merchant have access to the data on the card number and other sensitive data, but receives a reference number (token) that only he can use in accordance with the conditions agreed with the customer. The customer has the option of deregistering a previously registered card, as well as changing the details of a previously tokenized card.
Complaints
Participant can send all complaints for payments made to the user account to Customer Support number 0800 525 526 and +381 21 21 07 444 or by sending an email to [email protected] (hereinafter: Customer Support). If the Participant has made a payment to the user account and received a confirmation message by e-mail, and the amount on the user account has not increased, it is necessary to contact Customer Support via email with the transaction ID in order to manually increase the amount on the user account. If the Participant made a successful payment to his web account and received a confirmation message or e-mail about the payment and the amount on his user account increased, MerkurXtip cannot refund the paid funds. If the Internet connection is interrupted during the payment, and the Participant received a confirmation email about the successful payment and does not know whether the amount on his user account has been increased, he needs to contact Customer Support. In case of unsuccessful payment or for any other reason based on the law or rules of games and refund to the Participant who previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the refund, MerkurXtip is obliged to make the refund exclusively through VISA, Maestro, MasterCard or Dina payment method, which means that at the request of MerkurXtip, the bank will refund the funds to the Card User’s account.
Limitations of liability
MerkurXtip fully disclaims any responsibility for damage that may occur to the Participant and/or third parties due to unauthorized or unauthorized use of the payment card, i.e. any misuse of the same (stolen payment cards, use of the payment card without the owner’s knowledge, etc.) and in the mentioned case “Pionir International” LLC will not refund the paid funds. MerkurXtip is not responsible for the interruption of the Internet connection or the unavailability of the payment card processor.
Protection of confidential transaction data
When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol, using the most modern methods of tokenization of sensitive data, and in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. The payment card data is not available to the merchant (MerkurXtip) at any moment.
3D Secure protection for all merchants and customers – AllSecure Payment Gateway uses the highest global data protection and privacy standards. All merchants using the AllSecure Payment Gateway are automatically included in 3D-Secure protection, thus guaranteeing the security of purchases to customers. Customers’ payment card numbers are not stored on the merchant’s system, and the registration itself is protected by SSL data encryption.
PCI DSS Standards – AllSecure Payment Gateway constantly complies with all requirements of card organizations in order to increase the security level of merchants and customers. From 2005 to today, without interruption, the system has been certified as PCI-DSS Level 1, which represents the highest standard in the industry. PCI Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) is a norm that defines the necessary security measures for processing, storing and transmitting sensitive card data. PCI Standards protect sensitive data about the cardholder during the entire payment process: from the moment of data entry at the merchant’s point of sale, during communications between the merchant and the relevant banks and card organizations, as well as the subsequent storage of that data.
Application of the Rules on organizing special games of chance through means of electronic communication
The Rules on organizing special games of chance via means of electronic communication, which are published on the MerkurXtip website, are subsidiarily applied to all issues that are not regulated by these General Terms of Payment.
Conversion statement
“Please note that all payments will be effected in the Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). If the payment is done using foreign issuers payment cards, total amount of transaction will be converted into bank settlement currency, according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. Once when transaction is settled the already converted amount will be converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.”
